"Prayer reveals to souls the vanity of earthly goods and pleasures. It fills them with light, strength and consolation; and gives them a foretaste of the calm bliss of our heavenly home." -- St. Rose of Viterbo

During your visit you will find best kept secret, the Northeast Kingdom!  The Northeast Kingdom of Vermont has been selected by National Geographic to develop a geotourism program for the region. This program allows Vermont's Northeast Kingdom to join a select group of countries and regions working with National Geographic's Center for Sustainable Destinations to promote tourism that enhances and sustains the environment, culture, and heritage of tourism destinations. You will find many heritage places to visit, shop, and explore during your time here.  To find out more information on geotourism and the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont, please see the Travel the Kingdom web site.
